Brand Philosophy
Although kimonos were once widely worn as everyday clothing in Japan, opportunities to wear them have decreased and they are now being discarded in large quantities. It is also not uncommon for expensive furisode and tomesode kimonos to be worn only a few times and then left to sleep in a closet. We have turned our attention to this current situation and want to pass on the history, culture, and beauty that lies within kimonos to the next generation in a new way. Some used kimonos are in a state where they cannot be worn as they are, but with some modification they can be given new life and reborn.
All products are carefully produced one by one by artisans in Japanese workshops. The brand reinterprets kimono with modern sensibilities and techniques, making it suitable for everyday wear as well as special occasions. The brand also aims to provide its wearers with an "experience that feels like wearing a story." For those seeking sophisticated, sophisticated beauty that blends into everyday life, rather than excessive decoration, the brand is perfect.
Our Commitment
Our director and professional designers select kimonos that can be used as materials from among second-hand kimonos, donations from individuals who have organized their belongings, and kimonos that have lost their place in the local community. Produced in Japan by Japanese designers and craftsmen, all of our products are made in Japan. Each item is unique, so if you find one you like, don't miss out. With careful care, you can enjoy using it for a long time.
Message from the designers and craftsmen
By reinterpreting basic items in a modern way and combining the power of different materials, the brand pursues unexpected silhouettes and hybrid aesthetics. It combines functionality that allows for comfortable everyday wear with elegance that brings joy to the wearer, elevating the collection to something truly special.
About antique products

About our brand's kimono materials
- Kimonos are made from a variety of materials, including silk. Because our brand deals in second-hand kimonos, many of them do not come with a certificate certifying the material. Therefore, for products whose material is unknown, we label them as "material unknown."
- Our products are made by carefully selecting second-hand kimonos with a rich history and breathing new life into them. The changes in texture that occur over time are a beautiful symbol of the time that the kimono has walked, and are the individuality of each product. We use carefully selected kimonos for our tailoring, and even traces of stains and discoloration are fascinating features that tell the kimono's story.

Care Instructions
We recommend dry cleaning to keep your kimono in good condition for a long time. Please check the quality label and use a dry cleaner that specializes in kimono. Customers outside of Japan who require paid cleaning services can contact us via email or DM.

About the unique smell of kimono
Our products have been dry cleaned, but some may retain the distinctive scent of old kimonos. Rather than washing, it is more effective to dry the kimono in the shade and ventilate it to remove the moisture and odor.
